GoSend provides developer tools for sending transactional email through GoSend-managed domains or customer-managed sender accounts. You must use the service only for lawful product, account, notification, support, and system email use cases.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, API keys, domain configuration, and application access. Activity performed with your API keys is treated as activity from your account.
You may not send spam, phishing, deceptive content, malware, unlawful content, or email from domains you do not own or control. GoSend may suspend sending for abuse, high bounce rates, complaints, or quota violations. Additional anti-spam requirements are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
GoSend-managed sending domains must be verified before sending email. DNS checks may include DKIM, SPF, MAIL FROM, and DMARC records. Domains bound to your own sender account may be allowed without GoSend DNS verification, but you remain responsible for the sending permissions and DNS configuration required by that provider.
Plans include sending limits by plan period and feature limits. Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. If usage exceeds plan limits, sending may be rejected or require an upgrade.
GoSend depends on third-party providers including cloud hosting, databases, DNS, payment processors, and AWS SES. We aim for reliable service, but availability may vary due to maintenance, provider incidents, or abuse controls.
