GoSend provides developer tools for sending transactional email through verified domains. You must use the service only for lawful product, account, notification, support, and system email use cases.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, API keys, domain configuration, and application access. Activity performed with your API keys is treated as activity from your account.
You may not send spam, phishing, deceptive content, malware, unlawful content, or email from domains you do not own or control. GoSend may suspend sending for abuse, high bounce rates, complaints, or quota violations.
You must verify sending domains before sending email. DNS checks may include DKIM, SPF, MAIL FROM, and DMARC records. You are responsible for maintaining correct DNS configuration.
Plans include monthly sending limits and feature limits. Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. If usage exceeds plan limits, sending may be rejected or require an upgrade.
GoSend depends on third-party providers including cloud hosting, databases, DNS, payment processors, and AWS SES. We aim for reliable service, but availability may vary due to maintenance, provider incidents, or abuse controls.
