We collect account information such as email, name, login provider, plan, domain records, API key metadata, usage statistics, and transactional email logs needed to operate GoSend.
We use this information to authenticate users, verify sending domains, process transactional email requests, detect abuse, enforce quotas, provide support, and improve platform reliability.
Transactional email content, recipients, subjects, delivery statuses, bounce events, complaint events, and provider message IDs may be processed to send and troubleshoot email. Customers are responsible for the content they submit through the API.
GoSend may use infrastructure and service providers such as Vercel, Neon, Upstash, AWS SES, Stripe, Google, and GitHub to host the product, store data, authenticate users, send email, and process billing.
API tokens are stored as hashes where applicable, secrets are not intentionally exposed in the dashboard after creation, and access controls are designed to isolate user data by account.
