Anti-spam rules and platform safety requirements for GoSend customers.
GoSend is intended for transactional and product-triggered email such as account verification, password resets, order notices, system alerts, support updates, and security notifications.
You may not use GoSend to send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, malware, credential harvesting, unlawful content, harassment, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that impersonate another person, brand, or domain.
Customers are responsible for the recipients, content, domains, DNS records, unsubscribe or preference handling when applicable, and all activity sent with their API keys or configured sender accounts.
Sending domains must be owned or controlled by the customer and must pass required verification checks such as DKIM, SPF, MAIL FROM, and DMARC before production sending is allowed.
GoSend may automatically pause, throttle, or suspend sending for accounts with abnormal bounce rates, complaint rates, rejected messages, suspicious spikes, or evidence of abuse.
Report spam, phishing, domain misuse, unwanted mail, or platform abuse to abuse@gosend.dev. Include full message headers, recipient address, sending domain, and any relevant timestamps when possible.
GoSend may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or domains that violate this policy, harm deliverability, create security risk, or generate excessive abuse reports.
